These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AGC website and the purchase of diagnostic services provided by Adrian Griffith Consulting FZCO.
By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. ABOUT AGC
Adrian Griffith Consulting FZCO operates as a diagnostic-led sports business consulting firm. AGC provides fixed-scope diagnostic services designed to establish decision clarity prior to strategy, delivery,or execution.
AGC does not provide execution services without prior diagnosis.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
AGC offers diagnostic services, including but not limited to:
• Clarity Sprint
• Entry Diagnostics
• Phase 0 Decision-Grade Diagnostics
Phase 1 and Phase 2 services are not available for purchase independently and are accessible only after approved progression from prior phases.
All services are delivered remotely unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES
AGC diagnostics are professional advisory services.
They:
• provide analysis, findings, and recommendations,
• do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes,
• do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.Decisions taken based on diagnostic outputs remain the responsibility of the client.
4. PAYMENTS
All diagnostic services are offered on a fixed-fee basis.
Payment must be made in full before delivery commences unless an invoice arrangement has been formally approved.
AGC reserves the right to suspend or delay delivery until payment is confirmed and intake documentation is completed.
5. NO REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable.
AGC diagnostics involve the allocation of professional time, expertise, and intellectual effort. Once payment is made, no refunds are issued, regardless of outcome or decision to proceed.
6. CREDITING OF FEES
Where progression to a higher phase occurs, fees paid for prior diagnostics are credited toward the higher phase.
Clients only ever net-pay the highest phase reached.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside AGC services.
7. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines begin only after:
• payment is confirmed,
• the intake form is completed,
• and required documents are received.
Delays in providing inputs pause the delivery timeline automatically.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
• providing accurate and complete information,
• responding to reasonable requests for clarification,
• ensuring internal alignment with the diagnostic scope.
AGC is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate inputs.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
AGC treats all client information as confidential.
Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering diagnostics and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All diagnostic reports, frameworks, methodologies, and materials produced by AGC remain the intellectual property of AGC.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use diagnostic outputs for internal decision-making only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• AGC’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific diagnostic service.
• AGC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
12. TERMINATION
AGC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services where:
• terms are breached,
• information provided is misleading,• or professional integrity is compromised.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
