About us
About AGC
AGC is a diagnostic-first, decision-grade sports business firm.
We operate before commitment at the point where strategy, capital, governance, or delivery decisions are still reversible, and where the cost of being wrong can still be avoided.
Most projects do not fail because of poor execution.
They fail because the decision itself was never properly tested.
AGC exists to change that.
What AGC Does
AGC helps boards, governments, federations, investors, and rights-holders make high-stakes sports business decisions with clarity and control.
Before strategy is approved, before capital is committed, and before delivery begins, we diagnose:
- what decision is actually being made
- who owns it
- what risks and assumptions are embedded within it
- and whether proceeding is justified
Only once those questions are answered do we recommend next steps.

Adrian Griffith
Adrian Griffith is the Founder of AGC and a former international athlete with extensive experience across global sport governance, event operations, and commercial strategy. Adrian has worked at the highest levels of international sport, including senior leadership roles within global governing bodies and direct involvement in major international tournaments, regulatory frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional sports operations. AGC was founded to bring decision-grade discipline to an industry that too often rewards momentum over evidence.
How AGC Works
AGC operates a simple, disciplined model:
The AGC Philosophy
AGC operates on a simple principle: Confidence is easy. Scrutiny is not.
Our role is not to defend decisions. Our role is to test them before they become public, expensive, or irreversible.
Diagnostic-First by Design
AGC does not sell solutions, services, or delivery packages upfront.
Every AGC engagement begins with a governing diagnostic, selected based on the decision at hand.
Diagnostics are fixed-scope, evidence-based, and designed to surface risk early, while it is still inexpensive to address.
Where diagnostics confirm readiness, AGG may support further diagnostics or delivery phases. Where they do not, AGC will recommend pausing, resetting, or stopping.
Progression is optional. Diagnosis is not.
