Post-Diagnostic Engagement Path

Post-diagnostic engagement fees apply to total project value at financial close, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The model AGC operates in is determined by the diagnostic outcome, not selected at the buyer's discretion.

1.75% - 2.25% of total project value

Advisory / Owner's Representative

AGC operates at the governance level on behalf of the project sponsor, structuring the project correctly, guiding decision-making, and protecting the owner's interest across the delivery lifecycle.

2.5% - 3.25% of total project value

Advisory + Delivery Oversight

AGC governs delivery end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, contractors and consultants, and maintaining control across scope, timeline, cost, and structural integrity.

3% - 5% of total project value

Execution Support /Turnkey Coordination

AGC supports or leads delivery coordination directly, ensuring execution aligns with the framework defined during diagnosis and remains accountable to it through to completion.

Bespoke

Infrastructure-as-a-Service (laaS)

For selected projects, AGC may participate in long-term asset performance and operations under a negotiated commercial structure, revenue share, management fee, or hybrid model agreed on a case-by-case basis.

AGC's commercial structure is designed to align with decision-grade outcomes rather than consulting hours. Four principles govern every engagement.

Fixed Scope, Fixed Fee

Every AGC diagnostic is scoped and priced before commencement. No hourly billing. No scope creep. No surprise invoices. The fee you see is the fee you pay.

Paid Before Commencement

Diagnostics are commercial products, not discovery calls. Diagnostic fees are paid in full at engagement. This ensures AGC's work is governed by professional commitment, not by sales conversion. Advisory and delivery work operate under staged payment terms agreed at engagement.

Credited Forward

Every fee paid is credited in full against the next approved AGC step, whether that step is another diagnostic, advisory, or delivery. You only ever net-pay for the deepest phase you reach, never for every phase along the way.

No Execution Without Diagnosis

AGC does not scope, price, or deliver advisory or execution work without a governing diagnostic. Execution is conditional on clarity not the other way around.
